CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing by faxing to 717-763-9732 or sending an email to cancellations@psats.org. Refunds will be determined by the date of receipt of the fax or email. A cancellation received more than 30 days prior to the session you are registered for is subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Those who cancel within 30 days of the session forfeit the full registration fee, unless there is a substitution identified by the registrant.
